| We Love Butterfly 'Rainbow Marcella' Coneflower |
|
| 'Rainbow Marcella' is a vigorously blooming new coneflower introduction. Part of the Butterfly series, this offering has orange-sherbet blooms that transition to raspberry pink. Like all coneflowers, this perennial is easy to care for and lends itself well to naturalistic plantings while in bloom and after the blooming season is over. It's perfect in container gardens, but we also like to see this incorporated in a traditional landscape for a lovely sweep of color. | |

Attract Birds to the Garden In the summer, when natural food supplies are abundant, what birds need most is fresh, safe-to-access water for drinking and bathing. Traditional birdbaths look good in the garden, but are not necessarily the birds' first choice. In natural settings, birds drink and bathe in puddles and in shallow areas of ponds, streams and creeks. Find more great tips and advice here. | | |
