Hello,

I hope your weekend is off to a great start.  I have heard from so many of you this week about the Biggest Loser study that's been all over the news. Stay tuned for this week's show, in which I'll give you my take on this discouraging research along with some tips on how to combat the Biggest Loser syndrome!

Have a question you'd like me to address in an upcoming show? Hit reply and let me know what's on your mind. I always love to hear from you!

Have a great day and eat something good for me!
